Sputnik V vaccine against COVID-19 was supplied to Donbas from Russia on 31 January 2021. Russian President Vladimir Putin`s Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists on 03 February: 'As far as I understand, there will also be supplies there (to Donbas). I don`t know exactly when. Perhaps it is better to ask the government. But, of course, people there also need a vaccine, and if not us, no one will supply it there,' as UNIAN agency correspondent in Russia reported.
